Arizona’s Village at Paradise Reserve To Possess Home Automation System by Apple
Arizona's Village at Paradise Reserve will be the first residential community to possess a home automation system by Apple.
Cullum Homes, the luxury home builder, has partnered with Cyber Sound to launch a subdivision-wide integration of Apple-based home automation systems from Savant at the Village at Paradise Reserve. The residential community comprising 32 homes from Cullum will vary in size from 3400 to 5550 sqft and will be priced from USD 1,595,000 upwards.
The home automation system will cover all areas such as, lighting, motorized window shades, climate control, security, home theatre, internet communications, audio and video functions. Comprising in-wall and wireless iPad, iPod and iPhone devices, the home automation system will be interfaced with the Mac operating system. Based on Apple's OS X technology, the home automation system will be rather cheap at USD 3,800, as it will employ both, the software and hardware from the same source. This will not only reduce the operation cost, but also the programming time.
